The Board of Directors has set the above time and place for the Sandhill Estates Owners Association Annual Meeting. Notice is being mailed to your homes no less than 10 and no more than 30 days prior to the date of the meeting. Additional items were enclosed with the notice, including a meeting agenda, as well as copies of last year’s meeting minutes from November 10, 2020 and the proposed budget, subject to approval.
We will hold our annual meeting over the Zoom Meeting Platform due to the health and safety concerns presented by COVID-19. If you would like to try Zoom in advance, contact the Board of Directors at sandhill.estates.ic@gmail.com or 319-359-6619 to schedule a practice meeting.
The owner(s) of each lot within the Sandhill Estates subdivision is entitled to one vote. You may attend the meeting to vote in-person or cast your vote via proxy. A proxy form was mailed to each residence for your convenience and must be completed, submitted, and verified prior to the start of the meeting. A digital proxy may be obtained upon request to the Board. A quorum (majority) must be present for votes to be official.
If you are not able to attend, please contact sandhill.estates.ic@gmail.com so we can ensure your vote is counted by filling out a proxy form. We also invite residents to contact a current board member at sandhill.estates.ic@gmail.com if you are interested in joining the HOA Board of Directors.
