Welcome to Sandhill Estates! Named for the preserved Sand Prairie hill, Sandhill Estates is a new and developing neighborhood in south-central Iowa City. A short drive from downtown, it features numerous recreational amenities, including trails and the Terry Trueblood park and lake. It is also just blocks from the Pleasant Valley Golf Course, the Iowa City Kickers soccer complex, Napoleon Park, and Wetherby Park.
