- Recap of the existing City Council Meeting where approval for the South District Plan passed unanimously by City Council.

Follow up survey for bylaw compliance and special projects
- Will review and discuss further at our annual meeting.

- Alex is reviewing documents and will see about getting additional legal advice on these policies
